3rd Annual Sussex County Transition Fair
Making sure students with needs are set up to handle the “adult world” after graduation can sometimes be scary or stressful. Come join us on March 20th to explore resources available to help students transition into life after high school. We will have many agencies and organizations available to answer your questions. This event is open to students with an IEP or 504 plan, their families, and staff from around Sussex County. We can’t wait to see you!
