Extended School Year Program

May 27, 2021

Dear Sussex Tech families,

If your student is in danger of failing a course, we want to make you aware of a new opportunity this year.

Sussex Tech’s Extended School Year program is a free option for eligible students to make up failed coursework from June 21 to July 9. Students will work in-person on campus in the morning, taking online courses with teacher support.

Students who take advantage of this program and successfully pass their course will not have to retake it in the fall.

If your student is eligible and would benefit from the Extended School Year program, they need to sign up by contacting their school counselor by noon on June 17:
