Criminal Justice Domestic Violence Drive

October is domestic violence awareness month.  Every year, People’s Place helps hundreds of women and children in their domestic violence shelters throughout the state.  Criminal Justice, in conjunction with Health Pro, National Honor Society, Multiplying Good, and Child Ed, is looking to give back to this organization.  They will be collecting non-perishable goods, cleaning products, clothing, baby supplies, and much more throughout the month of October to donate to People’s Place.  Please consider donating any of the listed items, new or gently used.  Boxes will be placed in the Commons, CJ, Child Ed, and Health Pro for collection.

Thursdays will also be “Wear Purple Days.”  Please wear purple on Thursdays to promote awareness about domestic violence. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Taylor.
