National Strawberry Month

May is National Strawberry month.   Sussex Tech Nutrition Services will be celebrating by serving locally grown strawberries from Evans Farm in Bridgeville all throughout the month.  During the month, look for various items and salads using this fantastic local resource.  This will jump start Tech’s involvement in the USDA Farm to School program.  National Farm to School Month is October and we can’t wait to see what our local farmers can bring to our table.
