Open House Announcement
 
Dear Parents and Guardians,
 
We are excited to invite you to our Open House on Wednesday, September 4th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. This event is a wonderful opportunity for you to meet with teachers and learn more about your child’s school experience.
 
Event Schedule:
 
  • 6:00 – 6:10 p.m.: Opening remarks in the cafeteria
  • 6:10 – 7:00 p.m.: Follow your child’s even-day schedule.
  • 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.: Follow your child’s odd-day schedule.
 
Important Information:
 
– Sign-In: Please sign in at each classroom to keep our records up-to-date.
– Communication: If you haven’t received an invitation yet, check your email or contact the school to ensure we have your current contact information.
 
During the Open House:
 
– Each session with teachers will last 8 minutes. While there won’t be time for detailed one-on-one discussions, teachers will provide important information about expectations and the curriculum.
– If you have specific concerns or need more time, please feel free to schedule a separate meeting with the teacher via phone, Zoom, or in person.
