Rock Your Socks
March Madness is here, and we’re not talking about basketball. It is almost time to Rock Your Socks for World Down Syndrome Day. Every year on March 21st, people all around the world come together to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day by wearing brightly colored, mismatched socks. March 21st is symbolic because people with Down syndrome have 3 copies of their 21st chromosome. Socks are $3 a pair and are being sold by National Honor Society students for the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware. For more information see Ms. Massaro in room 708 or Ms. Lins in room 317. Supplies are limited.
