State Championship Swimming

On Saturday, several swimmers competed in the finals of the state championship swim meet.  The boys medley relay of Ndango Dinga, Dillon Laux, Coleman Woodard and Aiden Ruscavage placed 12th overall and the 400 freestyle relay placed 14th.  Coleman Woodard also placed 15th in the 200 IM and 13th in the 100 breast stroke events.  For the girls McKinley Stokley placed 15th in the 200 freestyle event and the girls medley relay placed 14th with the team of Brynn Thornton, Neh Dinga, Raehel Pogwist and Mackenzie Whaley.  The 200 freestyle relay of Neh Dinga, Zoe Tyndall, Mackenzie Whaley, and Cassidy Thomas placed 12th.  In the last event of the day, the 400 freestyle relay with the team of McKinley Stokley, Raehel Pogwist, Cassidy Thomas and Zoe Tyndall placed 13th.  Congratulations to all swimmers on a great season.
