Sussex Tech iPad information
If you were unable to pickup your students iPad during our in person iPad pickup event, please print and sign our equipment agreement form and have your student bring in the form the first day of school. We will have a pickup table set up in the lobby next to the Tech Services office in the morning.
Please ensure that both the student and a parent or guardian sign the document and initial in each of the four boxes. Incomplete forms will result in the student being unable to receive their iPad.
